Making a university textbook accessible and, dare I say, attractive is quite a challenge. Particularly when the purpose of the book is to introduce new students to the sometimes difficult, sometimes alien culture of university writing.

Jo's design helps to guide the reader in and around this challenging domain, easily locating cross-references and examples, employing graphics where needed and creating a "reader-friendly" text.

Throughout the process Humming was professional and efficient making it a pleasure to collaborate.
